Maddy is now in Kindergarten and enjoying it very much. She likes her teacher and has made some new friends. She's learning how to read and write, and just recently learned how to tie her own shoes.

Maddy is very creatively inclined, she's into drawing, painting, coloring and writing. Just look around our house and your bound to find something she drew or wrote. We are running out of space to keep her creative works.

Some of the other accomplishments Maddy has achieved in the past year or so include swimming (Summer 2003), riding her bike without training wheels (March 2004), and tying her own shoes (Dec 2004). She's growing up fast!

Madelyn's best friend we would have to say is her sister Kerra. Of course, being a sister comes along with its moments too. They play pretty good together, and enjoy doing things together for the most part. Maddy likes to give Kerra a piggyback ride even though there is not that much difference in their size. She must be pretty strong and healthy to tote her around that much on her back.

Maddy lost her 2nd bottom tooth on Dec. 3rd. The first tooth was lost on July 4th, so it was time to come out. Her first permanent tooth is making its way up.
