| Oatmeal
Muffins |

1 cup sifted flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
¼ cup oil

| Instructions: |
In a bowl combine
flour, oats, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon. In another
bowl combine egg, milk and oil. Add egg mixture to flour mixture.
Grease 2 muffin pans liberally. Pour in batter to fill 2/3 full.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
