Pancakes |

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp oil
¼ cup melted butter

| Instructions: |
In a bowl combine
dry ingredients. In another bowl combine egg, milk & oil. Add
gradually to the dry ingredients; stir until batter is lumpy. With
a large spoon drop batter onto a not greased griddle. Brush each
pancake with melted butter. Serve with syrup.
