Crepes
4 beaten Eggs
1-1/2 cups Flour
2 cups Milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp oil
 
Instructions:
Mix using wire whip (or blender) until smooth. Using spoon or mixing bowl, drop batter onto a hot buttered or greased (sprayed) non stick fry pan. Make shape by tilting pan until surface is covered. Cook & turn over - fill with fruit & powdered sugar or pie filling.

Good with apple, cherry, bananna creme or berry pie fillings. Make sure you heat them prior filling your crepe.

Tricks: You can use your blender. Use flimsy and skinny spatula if you have one.
