| 4 beaten Eggs |
| 1-1/2 cups Flour |
| 2 cups Milk |
| 1/2 tsp Cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp Vanilla |
| 1 tbsp oil |

| Instructions: |
Mix
using wire whip (or blender) until smooth. Using spoon or mixing
bowl, drop batter onto a hot buttered or greased (sprayed) non stick
fry pan. Make shape by tilting pan until surface is covered. Cook
& turn over - fill with fruit & powdered sugar or pie filling.
Good with apple, cherry, bananna creme or berry pie fillings. Make
sure you heat them prior filling your crepe.
Tricks: You can use your
blender. Use flimsy and skinny spatula if you have one.
