Orange Pancakes


Batter:
1½ cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp oil
2 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
½ cup orange juice
1 tsp grated orange peel


Topping - Orange Butter:
¼ cup margarine
2 tsp orange peel
1 cup powdered sugar
a little orange juice


Instructions:
Batter: Beat egg whiles stiff, beat egg yokes, milk, orange juice and orange peel. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Cook on hot griddle.

Topping: Mix all ingredients. Serve on top of Orange Pancakes.
