| Quiche |
| ½ lb cooked meat |
| ½ cup yogurt or mayonnaise |
| ½ cup milk |
| 2 eggs |
| 1¼ to 1½ Tbsp
cornstarch |
| 1/3 cup green onions |
| 1½ cups shredded
cheese |
| dash of pepper |
| 1- 9" pie crust

| Instructions: |

Cook pie crust first with foil over the edges at 400 degrees for
approx. 10 minutes. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch
until smooth. Stir in everything else. Bake at 350 degrees for
45-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
