| 4 ½ cups diced fresh
apples |
| ¾ cup sugar |
| 2 cups flour |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 2 tsp soda |
| 2 tsp cinnamon

| 2 beaten eggs |
| ½ cup oil |
| 2 tsp vanilla |
| 1 cup chopped nuts |

| Instructions: |
| APPLE
CAKE
1-Sprinkle sugar over apples
2- Sift dry ingredients & mix
well with apples
3- Stir in egg, oil and vanilla
4- Add nuts
Bake in a greased dish @ 375 about 40 minutes
