Prize Winning Apple Pie |
| 1 Tbsp cornstarch |
| 1 Tbsp lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 3 Tbsp butter |
| 1- 4 oz. can pie apples |
| 1/4 cup heavy cream (drained) |
| 1- 9" baked pastry |

| Instructions: |

Combine cornstarch & sugar
in saucepan. Stir in cream mixing well. Cook over medium heat
until boiling. Stir in butter and lemon juice. Add drained apples
& simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, cool. Spoon
into baked crust. Make topping.
