| 1-8ounce package cream cheese |
| 1/3 cup sugar |
| 1 egg |
| ½ cup grated
coconut |
| ½ cup walnuts |

| Instructions: |
Beat cream cheese & sugar until fluffy. Spread over baked apple
pie. Sprinkle coconut & walnuts over top. Bake in 350 degree
oven for 15-30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
