Carmel Corn

2 cups packed brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
1 cup margarine
Pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
½ teaspoon baking soda
6 quarts popcorn



Instructions:
Combine all of the above ingredients except soda and popcorn. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn and enjoy.
