Crust:
1 cup soft butter or margarine
2 cup flour
Dash of salt
½ cup powdered sugar
Combine all ingredients and
mix well; press mixture into a 9x13"pan. Bake @ 350 degrees
for 15 minutes.
Filling:
¼ cup flour
4 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
6 Tbsp lemon juice
Combine flour and sugar; mix in beaten eggs and juice. Pour onto
slightly cooled crust. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle
with powdered sugar.
