2 cups diced chicken
Sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
½ cup grated cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
Topping:
½ cup bread crumbs mixed with
1 Tbsp melted butter

| Instructions: |
Steam 2 bunches
of fresh broccoli spears until crisp
Line a 9 x 13" pan with broccoli. Lay chicken in next and then
cheese sauce. Top with bread crumbs. Bake @ 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
