1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed
¼ cup pizza sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
½ pound turkey smoked sausage, thinly sliced
½ onion, sliced
1 green pepper. Sliced
4 ounces mozzarella or cheddar cheese, grated
Nonstick cooking spray
Turkey Variety:
½ pound turkey ham or Canadian bacon
½ cup pineapple chunks, drained
4 ounces cheese, grated

| Instructions: |
Preheat oven to
425 degrees. Roll dough into 10x14 inch rectangle and place on baking
sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread
pizza sauce on half of the dough and sprinkle with seasonings. Top
with smoked sausage, onion, green pepper and cheese. Fold dough
over and press edges together to seal filling. Bake 20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
