1- pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
¾ tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 1-pound can cut green beans, drained
1 can condensed tomato soup
5 medium potatoes, cooked
½ cup warm milk
1 beaten egg

| Instructions: |

Lightly brown meat; add onion,
cook till just tender. Add seasonings, beans, and soup; pour into
greased 1 ½ quart casserole. Mash hot potatoes; add milk
and egg. Season. Drop in mounds over meat. If desired, sprinkle
with ½ cup shredded process cheese. Bake at 350 degrees
for 25-30 minutes.
