Bean Dip |

Spread a 20-oz can of spicy refried beans into a 9x13" pan.
Mix in blender:
3 avocados
2 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
Dash pepper
Add a little sour cream and spread on top of beans.
Spread a can of green chili salsa on top of avocado mix.
Mix 8oz of sour cream and ½ cup mayonnaise. Spread on chili
salsa.
Layer: chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, 2 cans chopped
olives and 8oz cheddar cheese.
